Ron Paul Rally – Must Attend

leave a comment »

Thursday evening I drove to Vancouver, WA (from Portland, OR) hoping to see Dr. Paul speak.  I knew what he was going to say because I’ve been saying the same thing for 20 years.  I just wanted to show support for Liberty in the “left” corner of the country.  In retrospect, I must be the most blessed person alive.

Upon arrival, the crowds on the street were enthusiastic and full of energy.  I found the doors to the convention center and saw a line of several hundred people, so I walked to the end of the line.  Waiting for 10 minutes and more and more people were joining the line, which was NOT moving at all.  After another 10 minutes the security guard came out and asked us to step back and not block the entrance to the “closed” parking structure.  The now 200 foot linel backed up about 15 feet to allow cars to enter and exit.  Less than 2 minutes later here comes a black SUV and I see Carol Paul in the back seat and the car turn right in front of me and stops and there is Dr Paul less than 5 fee from me, waiving.  That is not all.

The line began to move slowly as hundreds more people joined the back of the line.  As I made my way to the head of the line, the security guard pointed at me and said “You are the last one to get in”.  It was standing room only at that point.  I walked into the room and stood directly in front of the media cameras with a great view.  45 minutes later as the speech was ending, I walked up to the front while everyone was chanting President Paul, President Paul.  Once at the front of the room, Dr. Paul stepped over to a very brief receiving line (crowd is more like it).  He signed a few books, hats and shook some hands.  I was able to step up and wish him luck and get a quick snap shot speaking to him.  Right after the picture was taken, he was ushered over to the media corner and out of the building.

  1. Great parking spot
  2. Seeing him drive into the building
  3. Last guy in the door to see him
  4. Meeting him and wishing him luck

What comes around goes around and I am truly blessed in the world.

Who does Glenn Beck support?

with 2 comments

Over the past year or so Glenn Beck has expressed his dislike for Woodrow Wilson for his big government, tax and spend policies.  At the same time, he talks about the depression of 1920 that no one knows about.  It was a very short-lived depression because the Harding/Coolidge administrations took drastic measures to help the economy.

What were these drastic measures?  They slashed spending by nearly 50% and cut taxes from 70% to under 24%.  And the result was the roaring twenties.  Prior to this election cycle Beck talked at length about getting spending under control to save the nation, otherwise, bye-bye, U.S.A.

Who is the only candidate advocating cutting spending and dramatically reducing taxes.  RON PAUL.  So why is Glenn Beck so against him?  He says its his foreign policy.  Not sure how Ron Paul’s foreign policy differs from Harding/Coolidge, who he so greatly admires, what is the issue?  In the 1920’s we not involved in multiple wars, nor did we have hundreds of foreign based bases.  Also, we weren’t occupying the middle east, so what is so different Glenn?  I hope you can take a closer look at what made America great and remember that there were Muslims back in the 20’s we just weren’t telling them what to do and occupying their land.

“There Will Never Be Another Ron Paul in Human History.” We MUST Act NOW!

Could 2012 Presidential Election be America’s last?

leave a comment »

Since taking office, instead of helping the economy, Obama has purposely  escalated the economic crisis by plunging the country into unprecedented debt.  He has a number of programs that are designed to go into effect in January 2013,  just in time for his second term of office.  The economic burden and  increased taxes on everyone will be enough to cause the final economic collapse  of the country.  As soon as that happens, Obama declares Martial Law and  assumes dictatorial control of the nation.

The Department of Justice has already been subverting federal laws to strip  us of a number of freedoms.  The Supreme Court and many of the other  federal courts have been seeded with socialistic liberal judges that will rule  in Obama’s favor on virtually anything, thus ending constitutional rule and  law.

John Kitzhaber Solgan

Here is what the John Kizhaber slogan should read:

John Kitzhaber: Continue the Demise

As you know, he ran Oregon into the ground in the 1990’s and turned the reigns over to Ted Kulongoski who has continued those failed polcies.  Now Oregon is considering Kitzhaber AGAIN.  Are we the most stupid in the country or what?

I just received my ballot in the mail and voted based on principle.  The Constitution and enforcing it was the only thing I considered.  The governor’s race didn’t have a lot of clear-cut choices, so I voted for the candidate who promised limited government.  Chris Dudley got my vote.  For the senate seat, it was pretty easy, Jim Huffman stands for liberty and the constitution.  For the right to challenge David Wu, I voted for John Kuzmanich.  Even though he does not appear to be the slickest candidate, he has principles and is on the right side of the issues.  Good luck gentlemen.  Or should I say, good luck to the United States of America.  Watch out Mr. Wu.

Now Mexico is issuing a warning to its citizen to not travel to Arizona.  They site that the police will stop anyone who even looks hispanic.  What impact is this going to have on the other neighboring states like New Mexico, Texas and California?  The illegals will stay away from AZ and cross through the other states.  If Obama would just do his job and enforce the existing laws, we wouldn’t have this problem.  What happens when CA, NM and TX enact similar laws, what will Mexico do then?  How are you going to vote Mr Wu?
