Obama hates free speech.

leave a comment »

Barack Obama has been President for two years—and during that time we have seen unprecedented government expansion and invasive regulation of nearly every aspect of our lives: guns, land, commerce, healthcare, climate, banks, automobiles, energy and food.

But he’s still not satisfied. His latest target? The Internet.

Free speech is a threat to the Left, and the Internet is one of the most free mediums available.

On December 21, 2010, the FCC made an unprecedented and unconstitutional power grab by passing the Net Neutrality Act. This Act gives the federal government the ability to REGULATE THE INTERNET and any other interstate communication service they choose, WITHOUT Congressional oversight.

Obama & the Collective Brotherhood

Fresh off his success destabilizing the government in Egypt, President Obama is now taking aim at domestic tyrants — beginning with Republican Gov. Scott Walker in Wisconsin.

This time, rather than help the Muslim Brotherhood assume power for the first time, Obama is desperately trying to keep public employee unions —call it the Collective Brotherhood — in power.

Frannie and Freddie, both government-sponsored enterprises, which own or guarantee more than half of U.S. mortgages, have been sustained by $154 billion in Treasury funds since the takeover. More than $20 billion of that money has been paid back to taxpayers in the form of a 10 percent dividend on the shares owned by Treasury.

The Treasury yesterday released an accounting showing that the companies’ cost to taxpayers is declining as their dividend payments grow. The two companies paid a combined $3.8 billion in the fourth quarter, reducing the net cost to taxpayers to $133.7 billion, The Treasury said.

What is it?  In watching Bloomberg, in two separate reports on the Libya there two different spellings.  You’d think that a single network would be consistent in how they spell his name.  I am not singling out Bloomberg, CNBC did the same thing.

Obama’s budget untruth

with one comment

President Barack Obama falsely claimed that under the budget he released on Monday federal revenues would equal expenditures by mid-decade and that the national debt would not increase.

In fact, his own budget documents contradict the president’s claims.

“What my budget does is to put forward some tough choices, some significant spending cuts so that by the middle of this decade our annual spending will match our annual revenues,” Obama said on Tuesday. “We will not be adding more to the national debt.”

The 2012 budget proposal, however, increases the debt every year for the next decade and does not spend less that it takes in any of  the next ten years, according documents published Monday by the Office of Management and Budget.

Medical Fraud in Madison:

What is occurring in Madison,  has become a microcosm of what is happening across America: conservative care givers are being blocked by progressive liberals.  In Wisconsin, the elected Governor and conservative legislature are trying to institute rational, humane treatment to a sick patient, the state of Wisconsin’s failed economy. Unfortunately, progressive liberal statists and unions, as self-appointed “family members” of the patient, have decided to withhold treatment by NOT allowing the caregivers in the room and by trying to hide the patient in another state.
